Cottesloe laneway House
A speculative project for an old laneway in Cottesloe. With a number of difficult constraints influencing the form and layout of the house, we created a series of raised and stepped platforms broken up by courtyards and balconies. The house is less than 3.5m wide, but is large in volume and full of space and light.
