Helena valley residential resort

A clubhouse and facilities building for a residential resort community in Helena Valley. Incorporating laterite based stabilised rammed earth and weatherboard cladding, the
clubhouse endeavours to capture the spirit of typical hills residential architecture and translate it into a commercial scale and quality. The building incorporates over 1000m² of resort facilities including a pool and spa, gym, bars, library, cafe and kitchen, main hall and administration areas, with extensive outdoor entertaining spaces linked to parkland, a competition sized bowling green and an Arts & Crafts centre.
